At by A’amia Skin Salvation, we believe healing should feel intentional and uncomplicated. This page explains how subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy items work so you always feel informed and supported.

Subscriptions

Our subscriptions are designed to support your ritual, effortlessly.

When you subscribe, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you choose. Your payment method is stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.

Auto-Renewal:
Some subscriptions renew automatically. If you prefer not to renew, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date.

Managing Your Subscription:
Just open your order confirmation email and use the link provided to update, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime. You’re always in control of your ritual.

Please Note: All subscription purchases follow our All Sales Final policy.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are out of stock or coming soon, crafted fresh and with intention before they reach your home.

At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount. Your payment method is stored securely, and you’ll be charged any remaining balance once your pre-order is ready to ship.

Cancellations:

  • You may cancel a partially paid, unfulfilled pre-order at any time.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

All fulfilled pre-orders follow our All Sales Final policy.

Try Before You Buy

For select items, you may be offered a trial period. Here’s how it works:

  • We temporarily authorize your payment method before shipping your item.

  • You’ll have a set window to experience the product.

  • If you keep it, the charge will automatically process after your trial ends.

  • If you do not wish to keep the item, you must return it within the timeframe shown at checkout.

If the item is not returned by the deadline, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
