Soothing Summer Bundle Giveaway Official Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

The Soothing Summer Bundle Giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by by A’amia Skin Salvation (“Sponsor”). A&E Beauty Supply is the event and retail partner but is not the sponsor or administrator of the giveaway. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopify, Klaviyo, or any other social-media or technology platform.

The giveaway begins on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, and ends on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Central Time (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The owners of by A’amia Skin Salvation, the owners of A&E Beauty Supply, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

To enter, an eligible participant must submit a valid email address through the official Soothing Summer Bundle Giveaway form during the Giveaway Period. Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise manipulated entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion. Attendance at the A&E Beauty Supply Anniversary Block Party is not required to enter or win.

By submitting the giveaway form, the entrant agrees to receive giveaway-related communications and promotional emails from by A’amia Skin Salvation. Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each marketing email. Unsubscribing after entry will not invalidate an otherwise eligible giveaway entry.

Promotional text-message enrollment is completed through a separate text opt-in step. Entrants who voluntarily submit their mobile number and complete the required confirmation agree to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from by A’amia Skin Salvation at the number provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase, entry, or winning. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Text subscribers may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Marketing texts require the consumer’s permission, and recipients retain the right to revoke that consent.

One confirmed winner will receive one by A’amia Soothing Summer Bundle, which includes African Black Soap, Eczema Oil, and Eczema Salve. The approximate retail value of the prize is $58. The prize is nontransferable and may not be substituted for cash, store credit, or another product by the winner. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing will take place on Sunday, July 26, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified using the email address submitted with the entry and will have 48 hours from the time the notification is sent to respond. The potential winner must provide their full legal name, confirm that they are at least 18 years old, provide a valid United States mailing address, and supply any other information reasonably needed to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

If the first potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, provides incomplete or inaccurate information, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited. The Sponsor will then conduct another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The newly selected potential winner will also have 48 hours to respond. This process may continue until an eligible winner is confirmed.

The winner does not need to attend or be present at the A&E Beauty Supply Anniversary Block Party. Attending the event, visiting the by A’amia table, following either brand on social media, sharing a post, tagging another person, subscribing to text messages, or purchasing a product will not improve the odds of winning.

The confirmed winner’s prize will be mailed free of charge to the valid United States mailing address provided. The Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs, and the winner will not be required to pay shipping, processing, or handling fees. The Sponsor expects to mail the prize within approximately 7–10 business days after the winner is confirmed. The Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, an incorrect address supplied by the winner, failure to accept or retrieve the package, or circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who submits false information, interferes with the entry process, uses automated entry methods, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to compromise the fair administration of the giveaway. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, an event cancellation, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control affect the giveaway’s fairness or proper operation. If the promotion ends early, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the interruption.

Information collected through the giveaway form will be used to administer the giveaway, communicate with entrants, verify the winner, deliver the prize, and provide marketing communications according to the entrant’s recorded email and SMS preferences. Personal contact information and mailing addresses will not be publicly disclosed. Entrants should review the by A’amia Privacy Policy, linked through the entry form and this landing page, for additional information about how their information is collected, used, and protected. Commercial marketing emails must provide recipients with a method to opt out of future messages.

Except where prohibited, the Sponsor may announce the confirmed winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state. The Sponsor will not use the winner’s photograph, likeness, testimonial, full name, or personal story for promotional purposes without obtaining separate permission.

The prize contains personal-care products. The winner should review all labels and ingredient information, follow the provided directions, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Individual sensitivities and experiences may vary. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless by A’amia Skin Salvation, A&E Beauty Supply, their owners, representatives, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.

The giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, administration, winner selection, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by law.
